Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking a service with RK Fleets, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. RK Fleets reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email confirmation.
• Full payment is due end of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZ) and include GST.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before pickup) will be charged the full fare.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups.
• Additional waiting time charges may apply after the grace period.
• RK Fleets is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are permitted inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
• The driver reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are disorderly or unsafe.

6. Luggage & Personal Items

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. RK Fleets is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Please ensure luggage is within reasonable weight and size limits. Extra luggage may incur additional fees.

7. Child Safety

• Child seats must be requested at the time of booking.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are securely fastened in appropriate seats.

8. Liability

RK Fleets will take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

9. Privacy Policy

RK Fleets respects your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

10. Force Majeure

RK Fleets shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or mechanical failures.
